


Monitor guest and team satisfaction trends and provide ideas for improvement.

Respond to and resolve all guest and team situations.Complete administrative duties for the Park Presentation department, including budget justifications, and timecard reconciliation.Create and facilitate action plans for the Park Presentation Department success, including Model Citizen recognition, training and development initiatives and continuous guest/team satisfaction.Supervise all hourly Park Presentation Model Citizens, delivering feedback, evaluations, and instructions.Once the park opens, this person will manage the Park Presentation Department to ensure productivity and continuity of Team Members.Coordinate the initial planning, preparation and successful opening of the LEGOLAND New York Resort Park Presentation Department.This person is in charge of monitoring and evaluating the work performance of all Park Presentation Model Citizens to ensure the cleanliness and pleasant presentation of LEGOLAND New York Resort during all hours.About the RoleThe Park Presentation Assistant Manager will oversee the daily operation of all Grounds areas.Their main goal is to take ownership of little or big messes made by little or big kids, and the best part you'll get to learn about every bit of our grounds, contribute directly to keeping our park as environmentally Green as possible while working outdoors!.The Park Presentation team at LEGOLAND New York Resort provides a safe, clean and healthy park environment.
